Working Environment Policy

Working Environment Policy

In ENGISO ApS we are committed to including working environment impact in our strategy.

To be able to do so, we:

  •  Must include and plan safe product usage in our product development and manufacture.
  • Must involve our employees in planning and consider working environment impacts of our processes (including carrying out H&S Risk Assessments (“Arbejdspladsvurdering”), annual H&S Discussions (“Arbejdsmiljødrøftelsen”), and similar relevant or mandatory activities).
  • Must work towards minimising health and safety risks in the workplace.
  • Must work towards minimising psychosocial risks and improving employee well-being.
  • Must establish a Code of Conduct to promote a working environment that is consistent with the principles of dignity, mutual respect, confidentiality, cooperation, and trust.
  • Must establish a working environment organisation (“Arbejdsmiljøorganisation”) when needed or required to do so.
  • Must establish, maintain, and improve a quality management system; the system must be ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified by an accredited certification body.
  • Must timely and effectively address any working environment or psychosocial issues, that arise.
  • Must adhere to any and all relevant rules and regulations.

The working environment policy is included in the awareness training, that all employees in the ENGISO organisation receives during their onboarding or when relevant (e.g. as repetition prior to audits).

The working environment policy is reviewed annually as part of management review, see index 9.3.1, or whenever management deem it necessary. This is to ensure consistency throughout the quality management system from business and strategic plan to policies to objectives.

 Communicating the policy

The policy will be presented on the company’s website, in the company presentation and in communication to new and existing customers (e.g., during customer satisfaction surveys).

Since this policy is not confidential, it can and will be sent to anybody upon request to read it.
