Quality Policy

In ENGISO ApS we are committed to delivering safe and reliable components for industrial usage.

To be able to do so, we:

  •  Must have access to consistent, high-quality manufacturing of magnets and components in our supply chain.
  • Must have an organisation and supply chain, that is able to consistently support product manufacturing; this includes competent employees in our organisation and ISO 9001 certified suppliers in our supply chain.
  • Must have precise and measurable quality objectives based on a risk-based approach to processes and quality assurance.
  • Must have focus on customer needs and expectations as well as customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Must establish, maintain, and improve a quality management system; the system must be ISO 9001 certified by an accredited certification body.
  • Must adhere to any and all relevant rules and regulations.

 

The quality policy is reviewed annually as part of management review, see index 9.3.1, or whenever management deem it necessary. This is to ensure consistency throughout the quality management system from business and strategic plan to quality policy to quality objectives.

 

Communicating the quality policy

The quality policy will be presented on the company’s website, in the company presentation and in communication to new and existing customers (e.g., during customer satisfaction surveys).

 Since our quality policy is not confidential, it can and will be sent to anybody upon request to read it.
